All plans include the same features — the difference is performance capacity for how many tasks, conversations, and skills your agent can handle simultaneously.

What every plan includes

  • Dedicated agent environment — isolated from all other users.
  • Auto HTTPS via Let's Encrypt at a Nacre subdomain.
  • JWT-gated web terminal.
  • Nightly encrypted backups to Cloudflare R2.
  • All 290+ LLM providers (BYOK).
  • All messaging channels (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp).
  • User-approved OpenClaw upgrades.
  • All fees are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Picking a tier

Solo
A personal bot. One or two channels, a handful of active users per day, modest memory.
Team
A small team or community bot. 3–5 channels, dozens of DMs/day, more skills loaded.
Agency
Client work. Heavier skill libraries, faster response SLOs, several bots or personas multiplexed.
Scale
Production workload. Serious throughput, priority provisioning, 99.9% SLA, dedicated Slack channel.

Regions

Regions are provisioned once
Your VM and its backups live in the region you pick at signup. Changing regions later requires a migration — email support and we'll coordinate a window.

Upgrading your plan

Plan changes are not currently self-serve. If you need more capacity, the recommended path is to delete your agent and re-subscribe with the higher plan (see Settings → Delete agent). Your conversations and skills are preserved in your last backup, which you can restore after re-subscribing.

We are building self-serve plan upgrades. When available, upgrades will resize in place and Stripe will pro-rate the difference.

Resource pressure signals

Your agent reports disk and memory usage in every heartbeat. The dashboard surfaces warnings at:

  • 80% disk — yellow banner, email.
  • 95% disk — red banner, email.
  • 100% disk — OpenClaw is paused to prevent data corruption; email.

If you're hitting these limits on Solo regularly, delete your agent and re-subscribe on Team — or prune old conversation logs from the web terminal first.
