Billing questions, answered.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Ever. What you see is what you pay. Monthly plans renew monthly, yearly plans renew annually.

What about LLM costs?

LLM API usage is billed directly by your provider (Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc.) — not through us. You control your spend completely. Typical usage runs $5–50/mo depending on how much you chat.

Can I change plans?

Plan changes are not currently self-serve. If you need more or less capacity, the path is to delete your agent (Settings → Delete agent), cancel your current subscription from the Billing portal, and re-subscribe with the new plan. Self-serve plan upgrades are on our roadmap.

Do you offer refunds?

All fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period. No further renewals will be charged after cancellation.

What payment methods?

All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link supported. Invoice billing available for Enterprise.
